Welcome to WritrIQ.com (“WritrIQ”, “Site”, “Service”), an AI-driven platform offering various tools including AI Content Writer, AI Text to Speech, AI Image Generator, AI Speech to Text, AI ChatBot Assistant, AI Code Writer, and AI Vision Feature (“Services”). WritrIQ is managed by Delphoma, a company registered in Banfora, Burkina Faso (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and hosted on servers located in France.

By accessing or using WritrIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

 

a. Eligibility: To use WritrIQ, you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

b. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

a. Free Credits: Upon registration, you will receive free credits to access our Services. Additional credits or features may require a subscription.

b. Subscription Packages: Users can subscribe to monthly or yearly packages for extended features. Payments are processed through secured gateways like PayPal and Stripe.

c. Trial Versions: Before subscribing, users have the option to access a trial version of the package.

d. Refund Policy: All payments are final. There are no refunds once a user starts using a paid package.

e. Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

f. Content Retention: Generated content (images and audio files) will be retained on our servers for a specific period (images for 90 days and audio files for 30 days) before deletion.

 

a. Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using WritrIQ.

b. Prohibited Uses: You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, harassment, or any activity harmful to others.

c. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, authorship works, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post, display, or use via the Service.

 

a. Service Content: All intellectual property rights in the Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Delphoma and its licensors.

b. User Content: By submitting Content to WritrIQ, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such Content in connection with the Service.

c. Copyright Compliance: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

d. Infringement Claims: If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the necessary information as required by applicable copyright law.

 

a. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Delphoma expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

b. Delphoma makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

 

a. Delphoma, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

b. Delphoma’s total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Delphoma under this Agreement in the twelve (12) month period preceding the claim.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delphoma, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, demand, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

 

Delphoma reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Burkina Faso, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
